The Role of An Advisor

Advisors for The FOUNDRY are carefully selected for the role of mentor/advisor to a CEO or business owner who is
enrolled in the 12 month curriculum and community of building and operating a profitable business while leading with Kingdom orientation and blessing employees and the community in which they operate.

Advisor Program Outline

Advisors are business owners and CEOs that have built businesses, achieved strong results and are well respected in the central Texas business and faith community. They are Kingdom minded and lead their business with a faith orientation.
Since 2022 over 30 Advisors who own or lead successful businesses ranging from $10+ million operating businesses to healthcare practice CEO to a CEO of a national service business that is franchised in multiple states, have served as advisors to mentor business owners and entrepreneurs.
The purpose of an advisor is to walk with 1 or 2 business
owners/CEOs to share the experience of growing or
leading a successful business by guiding though
challenges, pursuing opportunities, scaling the business
and blessing the employees and customers.
The advisors are in the role for a 12 month period which consists of the following interactions with the assigned business owner/CEO:
- Meeting with the large group of 10 companies and 5 advisors where the Better Business Operating System is taught including current examples and real time discussion on business opportunities, challenges and operational process.
- One-on-one meetings monthly with your assigned business owner/CEO via phone, video call or in person to provide coaching and direction and discuss curriculum taught in prior monthly session or to prepare for next month’s session.
- Additional interaction as desired.
