The Foundry began with a shared burden: too many business owners were building alone. Co-founders Jeff Johnson and Tim Allen, along with board member Chris Schneider, recognized the unique challenges faced by small business leaders—high responsibility, low margin, and a constant push to grow without losing what matters most. They envisioned a space where owners could step out of isolation, gain clarity, and be equipped to build sustainable, values-driven companies. What started as a small cohort of leaders quickly grew into a vibrant community committed to doing business differently.

Since that first cohort, The Foundry has become a community of business owners committed to growing healthy, profitable, and mission-driven companies. Our yearlong program brings together trusted advisors, practical business frameworks, and fellow entrepreneurs who understand the weight of leadership. We don’t just focus on profitability or personal development—we help leaders build organizations that bless employees, customers, and the communities they serve.
